There is only one available configuration of Cubhouse Model 1, but it has everything one person or a couple could need in a tiny space. Along with the standard size kitchen/bath combination, its single hybrid cub has a loft bed, accessed by a rolling ladder, beneath which is a walk-in closet with trouser racks, shelves, closet rods and lots of drawers. A cabinet sits between this and the kitchen, which has a pull-out work station consisting of a table and two benches.

The rest of the cub space is comprised of a small snug area with a collapsible table and more shelves and drawers. A couch with pull-out foot rest seats two, and a large window overlooks the grounds.
